Drei IB-Schulen, ein Ziel: Gemeinsam lernen in Polen, Dänemark und Deutschland!

Erasmus IB Besuch 2014Von Montag, 8.

I did an interview with four teachers from Poland and one from Denmark, who had come to our school to talk about an Erasmus project which gives you the chance to go abroad in order to meet new people, work together and learn about what life is like in other countries. Our visitors from Lublin, Poland, were Barbara (CAS Coordinator and TOK Teacher), Miłosz (History Teacher), Agnieszka (IB Coordinator and English Teacher) and Justina (English Teacher). They stayed here together with Gitte (IB Coordinator and History Teacher) from Ikast, Denmark.

Have you been to Germany before and do you like it?

Yes, we have all visited Germany, but we haven’t been to this part of Germany yet. We like it very much and it is great to be here.”

In what way is Goetheschule different from your schools?

Goetheschule looks a bit like Hogwarts. 🙂 Your school is a lot older than ours and very spacious.”

Which types of high school certificates do you offer?

Polish and Danish students can do either their IB or their national diploma, but we do not combine both diplomas like in Germany.”

What do you expect of the Erasmus project you’re planning?

We want the project to be very interactive; we want to give students the opportunity to make new contacts and learn from each other, build teamwork and – last but not least – have FUN!”
